ORDERING

We accept online payments via PayPal and Credit Card (powered by Stripe).

Our default currency is US Dollars (USD).

Orders paid via Paypal can only be shipped to the address listed in the PayPal transaction.

Orders with shipping addresses that cannot be validated will be canceled and refunded.

Cancellations or changes can be made within 1 business hour of placing order. Requests must be sent to cs@thefabuloushopusa.com. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Abuse in our cancellation policy will result in cancellations of future orders.
PRE-ORDERS

Payment is due at the time of pre-order.

Cancellations or changes to pre-orders can be made within 7 business days of placing order. Requests must be sent to cs@thefabuloushopusa.com. Once the deadline for cancellation has passed, the pre-order cannot be canceled or changed.

The expected ship date is an estimate. There are no guarantees on exactly when the pre-ordered item will arrive in our warehouse. We do not recommend pre-ordering products as gifts or for special occasions that are time-sensitive. No compensation will be given for pre-orders that arrive late.

We work hard to fill every pre-order we take but occasionally, a situation may happen that is out of our control. If we cannot fill your pre-order, we will notify you immediately for a cancellation and refund. No compensation will be given for the inconvenience.

Due to the difference in release dates, we cannot combine orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items.
