SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders will be processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse within 2-3 business days. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays are not business days. For example, an order placed on Friday night will not be processed until Tuesday or latest Wednesday.
     

  • Shipping is restricted to within the U.S. 48 contiguous states via USPS Ground Advantage due to the shipping regulations on the flammability of perfume. Therefore, orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses as these locations require air transport.

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed as that can vary depending on circumstances like weather and USPS' mail volume.
     

  • Orders with shipping addresses that cannot be validated will be canceled and refunded.

  • Orders paid via Paypal can only be shipped to the address listed in the PayPal transaction. ​​

RETURN POLICY

  • We only accept returns on products that are unopened and unused. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Return shipping is at your own expense. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries and highly recommend using a tracked service for return shipping. ​​​
